Vinita Lahoti

Vinita Lahoti is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and teaching. At Capital One, Vinita holds the positions of Team Lead and Software Engineering Manager, along with experience as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, Vinita served as a Lead Software Engineer at Avco Consulting, Inc., demonstrating expertise in consulting roles. Vinita began a career in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bradley University, contributing to the education of future software engineers.
