Virginia Kauders

Virginia Kauders is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Engineering from Washington and Lee University, attended from 2019 to 2023. Currently serving as the Outing Club Barn Staff Supervisor and previously as Outing Club Barn Staff at Washington and Lee University since January 2020, Virginia has built a diverse skill set through various internships, including the Finance Rotation Program Intern at Capital One, Operations Intern at Navy Hill, and Accounting Intern at Raetz & Hawkins. Additional experience includes serving with AmeriCorps in the Appalachian Conservation Corps and participating in the Cochrane Summer Economics Institute at Dominion Energy. Virginia completed education at Collegiate School from 2015 to 2019.
