Molly Staley

Molly Staley has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Molly began their career in 2002 as a Mortgage Loan Originator at PriorityOne Bank. Molly then worked as a Clinical Outreach Representative at South Central Regional Medical Center from 2004 to 2006. Staley then joined Schumacher Clinical Partners and served as the Regional Manager & Corporate Health Consultant in the WellnessWorks Division from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they successfully increased commercial revenue through contracts and partnerships with businesses and insurance companies. From 2011 to 2013, Staley started their own consulting business, Molly Staley Consulting, where they provided marketing and communications consulting services, with a focus on healthcare marketing and business development. Molly then joined HUB International as an Account Executive in Employee Benefits from 2013 to 2015, where they helped employers find cost-effective solutions for their employee benefits needs. In 2015, Staley became the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations at Capital Ortho. Currently, they are working as a Communications Consultant at Vigilant Health since 2020, where they assist in developing effective communication strategies.

Molly Staley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a Public Relations emphasis and a minor in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, Molly attended Magee High School from 1994 to 1998.
