Chris Kostanecki

Chris Kostanecki is the Managing Partner at Capital Pacific. Chris plays a leadership role within Capital Pacific and work on a daily basis to ensure that the culture and values of the company are upheld.

Chris is an East Coast native, having grown up in Connecticut. After graduating from the University of Vermont, he followed his passion for commercial real estate, which has been his sole career focus. He and his beautiful and talented wife Jennifer has 2 children, Nicholas and Sophie. They're both avid skiers, sail a family boat and enjoy traveling.
