Morgan Davies

Morgan Davies has significant experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Head of Engineering at IMP Software since March 2024. Previously, Morgan held the same title at Capital Pilot from October 2022 to November 2023 and worked as Software Development Manager and Technical Lead at ParentPay Group from May 2019 to October 2022. Morgan's career began as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Schoolcomms from March 2016 to May 2019, and earlier experience includes a role at Majestic Wine from March 2013 to December 2015. Morgan obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Kent, completing studies in 2012.
