Shahryar Barati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, risk management, and startup advisory. Currently, Shahryar serves as the Founder and Director of Project Ventures, providing consulting services to early-stage startups and deal sourcing for investors. Concurrently, Shahryar is a Mentor at Techstars and a Venture Scout at Seedrs. Previously, as Managing Director at Capital Pilot, Shahryar led the UK's first automated early-stage fund, utilizing data-driven analytics to optimize investment decisions. Shahryar also held roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development Manager at Capital Pilot and gained significant risk management experience at Amundi and JPMorgan Chase.
