Nathania Gayle

Nathania Gayle, MBA, currently serves as a Forensic Accountant at Capital Project Management, Inc.® since January 2024, following a position as an Accountant at JB Story & Associates, PC in 2023. A former Fraud Investigator at GEICO from 2019 to 2023, Nathania also held roles as an Actuarial Intern and Claims Adjuster during that time. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business and as a Student Accounting Assistant, Student Manager, and Student Assistant at Texas Tech University. Nathania holds a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online, an MBA from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, and dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Statistics and Spanish Language and Literature from Texas Tech University. A graduate of Lamar High School, Nathania earned a high school diploma in 2013.
