Sam Hadley

Sam Hadley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial auditing and litigation support. As Principal at Capital Project Management, Inc. since June 2021, Sam leads significant projects. Prior to this role, Sam served as a Partner at Cotton & Company LLP from December 1998 to May 2021, focusing on claims analysis, fraud detection, and forensic analysis, while preparing expert reports and providing trial support. Additional experience includes serving as Acting Budget Director for the District of Columbia Public Schools and multiple roles at PwC and Cotton & Company LLP, where Sam developed a strong foundation in auditing. Sam holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and began the educational journey at Ondossagon.
