Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Capital Radiology since November 2023, Daniela previously held the position of National People & Development Manager at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, where responsibilities included leading a team of 17 to enhance operational excellence for an employee base of over 1,700. With a strong foundation in employee relations, recruitment, and strategic development, Daniela spent over a decade as Senior People & Development Manager at Lander & Rogers, advising on key HR initiatives. Daniela's career also includes roles at CPA Australia, Willis, Accenture, and YMCA Victoria, complemented by several certifications and qualifications in human resource management and mental health.
