Ellis Murray

As First Vice President of Capital Real Estate Group, Ellis Murray provides companies with

strategic office space advisory services with his deep knowledge of the Metro Atlanta market

and client-based approach. Mr. Murray primarily focuses on helping companies manage their

real estate economics, navigate the real estate market and structure real estate deals that best

align with the clients’ needs.

Mr. Murray’s career started at Joel and Granot Real Estate in 2015 where he focused on office

tenant and landlord representation. During his tenure, he gained tremendous amount of

experience by structuring over 50 lease and/or sale transactions within the Metro Atlanta area

across all industry sectors including financial services, technology, medical, hospitality,

advertising, investment companies and 3 rd party logistics providers.

Mr. Murray grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel

Hill. Upon graduation, Mr. Murray decided to return to his roots in Atlanta where his family

dates back six generations. He attends Christ the King Church and enjoys golf, tennis, fly fishing,

the outdoors and volunteering with Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
