Betsey Rhynhart

Betsey Rhynhart currently serves as the Vice President of Population Health at Concord Hospital, where responsibilities include oversight of quality, patient safety, health equity, and community benefits, as well as mentoring a newly formed Value Innovation team. Previously, Betsey held the role of Executive Director of Accountable Care, focusing on developing strategies for population health competencies, and has extensive experience in program development for various health initiatives. Additionally, Betsey is the Executive Director of NH-Cares ACO, managing operations of the Medicare ACO and collaborating with member organizations. Betsey's earlier roles include positions at CareGroup Provider Service Network and the American Association of Health Plans. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Vermont.
