Diane Davis

Diane Davis serves as a Board Member at The Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges since June 2021. In addition, Diane is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at both the University of New Hampshire and NHTI - Concord's Community College, with roles starting in July 2023 and December 2015, respectively. At Concord Hospital, Diane has held various positions from Director of Population Health to Clinical Leader since September 2004, overseeing initiatives such as the Medical Home Navigation Program and Palliative Care Program. Diane also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Granite State College from April 2020 to June 2023. Academically, Diane holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMass Boston, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from NH Technical Institute, along with an Associate in Medical Assisting from Hesser College.
