Andrew Pittenger

Andrew Pittenger currently serves as a Resident Project Representative at Capital Region Water since August 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Project Inspector at BFW Group from October 2022 to August 2025, and as an Inspector at EBA Engineering from March 2014 to October 2022, focusing on new construction inspection and storm water management among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Inspector at Kloeckner Metals Corporation and various welding roles at Swf Industrial and GSM Industrial, where expertise was developed in fabricating and maintaining industrial components. Andrew holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Welding Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, earned in 2007.
