Douglas Keith

Douglas Keith has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Douglas started their career in 2001 as Director of Finance at the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority & Williamsport Sanitary Authority. Douglas later served as Executive Director at the same organization from 2011 to 2017. In 2018, they became self-employed as a Financial Consultant before joining the Centre Area Transportation Authority as Director of Finance from July 2018 to February 2019. Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer at Capital Region Water from February 2019.

Douglas Keith completed their high school education at Jersey Shore Area Sr. High School from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Quantitative Business Analysis / Economics from 1982 to 1986 at Penn State University.
