Kimberly Lemmon

Kimberly Lemmon, RPP, MCIP, currently serves as the Manager of Planning & Development at Capital Regional District since March 2021, focusing on the planning and feasibility of new affordable rental housing in response to the housing crisis. Previously, Kimberly held roles as Acting Manager and Senior Project Coordinator at Capital Region Housing Corporation, where planning efforts targeted affordable rental housing in the Greater Victoria Metropolitan area. Kimberly's experience also includes positions as Associate and Senior Planner at B&A Planning Group, as well as Planner II and I roles with the City of Calgary, where responsibilities encompassed land use evaluation, policy plan amendments, and stakeholder collaboration. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Honours Planning with a Geography Minor from the University of Waterloo.
