Nadine Dillabaugh, MA, CPHR, has a strong background in Human Resources and Organizational Development. With experience in various companies and government entities such as District of Central Saanich, Capital Regional District, and Ministry of Attorney General, BC Government, Nadine has developed a broad range of HR skills. Nadine holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development & Management from Fielding Graduate University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Camosun College. Nadine's work includes HR generalist support, organizational development planning, onboarding program development, and corporate learning and development management.
