Lawrence Hutchings is the current Chief Executive at Capital & Regional. Lawrence has held this position since January 2013. Prior to that, they were a managing director at The Blackstone Group from January 2007 to June 2017. From June 2007 to September 2012, they were the MD Retail at Hammerson. From August 2001 to June 2007, they were the Director of Retail Property in Europe at Henderson Global Investors. From January 1999 to January 2001, they were the Asset manager at AMP shopping centres. From January 1996 to December 1998, they were the Projects leasing director at AMP.
