Charles Eads

Charles Eads has extensive work experience in software development and leadership roles. Charles is currently working as the Senior Director of Software Development at Capital Rx. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Software Architect at Support.com for over 15 years, where they played a key role in developing and delivering support technology platforms. Charles also worked as a Consultant at Educational Services International and owned their own company, Eads Technologies, LLC. Charles has held various other positions such as Chief Architect, Networking and Security at Support.com, Lead Engineer at PostLinear Entertainment, Senior Network Software Engineer at Eidos Interactive, and Lead Network Programmer at Velocity, Inc. Charles also worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at GlobalCast Communications, Inc. and as a Network Management Systems Software Engineer at BayNetworks, Inc. Overall, they have a breadth of experience in software development, team building, and technical leadership.

Charles Eads attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Charles then pursued further education at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Cross-Cultural Studies.
