Cole Cary

Cole Cary, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Care Operations at Capital Rx since June 2021 and previously held the position of Customer Care Supervisor within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Elixir from November 2018 to May 2021 and as a Personal Trainer at Fitness Formula Clubs from May 2013 to November 2018, where significant achievements included attaining senior trainer status and consistently ranking in the top 15 for sales and retention. Cole began an academic career at Heritage College as an Exercise Kinesiology and Anatomy Physiology Instructor from October 2011 to May 2013, focusing on curriculum development and real-world applications for students. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Fitworks Fitness Center, leading the Personal Training sales process and training staff. Cole earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Miami University.
