Sabine Faber has extensive experience in customer care and commercial operations within the technology and travel sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Commercial Operations for Customer Care in Europe at Leica Microsystems since June 2008, Sabine also holds the position of Customer Care Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where responsibilities include management of order processing, sales, and service support, as well as process improvement and project management. Prior to this, Sabine held various roles at Travelport/Galileo from 1992 to 2007, including Project Coordinator in Sales & Account Management. Additional experience includes customer service leadership roles at British Airways from 1987 to 1991. Sabine's educational background includes studies at The University of Manchester and relevant qualifications in retail management and supervision.
