Raghu Tayanna

Raghu Tayanna is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Software QA Manager at Capital Rx since August 2025, Raghu previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager in Test (Automation) at 10x Genomics from September 2019 to July 2025, where leadership of a quality engineering team focused on testing a complex Electron-based desktop application was emphasized. Prior experience includes roles as Software Engineering Manager in Test and Senior Software Engineer in Test at ChargePoint, where Raghu led quality engineering initiatives and architected test automation frameworks for various platforms. Raghu began the career as a Software Engineer Intern at Infosys and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Raghu holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from P E S Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
