Sara Izadi

Sara leads clinical services at Capital Rx, leveraging her extensive experience across pharmacy benefits, physician organizations, hospitals, retail pharmacy, and clinical research.

Prior to Capital Rx, she served as Senior Pharmacist and Program Lead for an OptumCare independent physician network where she led the development of the Pharmacy Department, transformed the utilization management process, and implemented multiple clinical programs. Previously, Sara served as a Clinical Product Manager at OptumRx.

Sara received a BA from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), completing her clinical residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
