Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services and Operations Manager. Sarah Petersen earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy, and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University.
