Sharon Wright has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Sharon began their career at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 1994 as a Program Coordinator and Practice Manager in the Department of Urology. Here, they managed daily operations, organized medical education seminars, and handled physician documentation and credentialing.

In 2005, Sharon joined VillageCare, where they held multiple roles. As Admissions Coordinator and Account Manager at The Village at 46th and Ten, they achieved a 95% occupancy rate and conducted facility presentations and tours. Sharon also evaluated patient eligibility and cultivated relationships with healthcare professionals for referrals. Later, as the Supervisor of Peer Marketing Program and Account Manager, they drove business development for Rivington House, a skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation facility. Sharon analyzed market data, created marketing plans, and facilitated admissions.
