Rachel Mathov, MBA, CEBS, serves as the Vice President of Group Operations at Capital Services, Inc., since January 2013, overseeing agency operations, sales activity, vendor management, and reporting, while managing operational performance standards for both plan sponsors and plan participants. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as an Account Manager and Senior Account Coordinator at Silberstein Insurance Group from October 2008 to November 2012. Rachel earned an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and holds a BA in Business Management with a Minor in Communications from Goucher College. Additionally, Rachel is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from The Wharton School.
