Shwetank Sharma

Shwetank Sharma is an experienced professional with a robust background in financial services and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Function for the Micro Loans Vertical at Capital Small Finance Bank Limited since July 2022, Shwetank previously held positions including Area Sales Head for the MSME Vertical in Chandigarh Tricity and Haryana. Prior experience includes significant roles at Reliance Communications, where Shwetank was Hub Corporate Customer Care Head and Circle Retention Head, as well as Senior Manager - Assets at Capital Small Finance Bank Limited, overseeing the Loans Vertical for branches. Earlier, Shwetank worked as Cluster CSD Head at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Academically, Shwetank holds an MBA in Marketing from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and completed 12th grade in Arts at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
