Bowen S. Diehl

Bowen Diehl has a comprehensive work history in finance and investment management. Bowen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Capital Southwest Corporation, overseeing strategic and day-to-day activities for the publicly-traded company. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Investment Officer at the same company. Diehl also worked at American Capital as the Managing Director and Co-head of the Sponsor Finance Group, as well as at Merrill Lynch Inc as a Vice President. Additionally, they gained experience at Chase Securities, Inc. as a Vice President, focusing on M&A assignments and leveraged acquisitions.

Bowen Diehl earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental/Geotechnical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies in 1995.
