Mr. Silvey joined Capital Southwest in 2023 and is responsible for supporting the diligence and structuring of new investments, as well as post-closing portfolio company activity. Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Mr. Silvey worked at Stellus Capital Management, based in Houston. While at Stellus, Mr. Silvey served as an investment professional on the middle market private credit team. Prior to Stellus, Mr. Silvey served in both loan syndication and credit underwriting capacities at J.P. Morgan, supporting middle-market businesses. He received a BSBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Arkansas and is a CFA Charterholder.
