Karen Mitchell

Karen Mitchell, CPM®, ARM®, currently serves as Senior Asset Manager at Capital Square since July 2022. Previous positions include Regional Manager at ZRS Management, Director of Real Estate at UrbanCore Construction, and Regional Manager at Gumenick Properties. Karen also held roles at The Bozzuto Group as Regional Portfolio Manager, Trammell Crow Residential as Asset Management Analyst, and Kettler Management as Multi-Site Property Manager. Earlier experience includes property management positions and an Assistant Real Estate Manager role at Trammel Crow Company. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Residential Property Management with a minor in Real Estate, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management, both from Virginia Tech.
