Criss Tolliver has extensive experience in the title insurance industry, currently serving as a Compliance Officer at Capital Title Insurance Agency since September 2001, focusing on compliance with ALTA's Best Practices and overseeing employee training and development. Previously, Criss held roles such as Staff Development Manager, Project Manager, and Escrow Support, where responsibilities included onboarding new hires, managing process improvement projects, and providing support to Escrow Agents. Criss started the career as a Customer Service Representative and later as Assistant Escrow Manager at Capital Title and Detroit Title Insurance Agency, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various functions within the industry. Criss holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible with a focus on Children's Ministry from Evangel University.
