Dan Cherian

Dan Cherian currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Capital Vacations, where responsibilities include building organizational infrastructure to support the growth of a vacation resort company with 200 resorts and 400,000 members. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at VF Corporation, including VP Transformation and VP Global Innovation, leading global transformations across iconic brands such as Vans®, The North Face®, and Timberland®. Previous experience at Nike involved managing strategic investments and sustainable business initiatives, while earlier roles at Pfizer and Boston Consulting Group contributed to a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational transformation. Dan Cherian holds an M.C.P in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
