Janet Balzano

Janet Balzano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, sales coordination, and educational technology management. Currently serving as a Services Specialist at Capital Vacations since August 2022, Janet has previously held roles in office management and data maintenance from June 2020 to August 2022 and as a Sales Support Analyst at Envera Systems, where responsibilities included coordinating administrative activities for sales representatives. Janet's extensive tenure at Penda Learning, Scientific Learning, and Compass Learning encompassed managing contracts and providing service, support, and training for K-12 instructional technology clients. Janet holds a Master of Science in Reading Education from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from SUNY Geneseo, as well as a New York State Teaching Certification.
