Aylwin Tan

Chief Customer Solutions Officer at CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust

Aylwin Tan has a significant work experience spanning over several decades. Aylwin started their career in 1993 as the Secretary of the Singapore-Shandong Business Council at International Enterprise Singapore. Aylwin then moved on to join the Singapore Economic Development Board in 1994, where they held various roles, including Executive Director. During their time at the Singapore Economic Development Board, they supported government-to-government projects and played a crucial role in initiatives such as the Suzhou Industrial Park and the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park.

In 2011, Aylwin joined Ascendas Pte Ltd as the Chief Customer Solutions Officer, where they were responsible for formulating and executing marketing and customer engagement strategies. Aylwin also oversaw the Sales and Marketing P&L function for Ascendas Singapore. In 2015, Aylwin expanded their role and took on the position of Chief Customer Solutions Officer at Ascendas-Singbridge Pte Ltd following the successful merger of Ascendas and Singbridge. In this expanded role, they oversaw a diverse business space portfolio across 30 cities in 10 countries in Asia.

In 2016, Aylwin served as the Chairman of RIA Venture Capital Pte Ltd. Finally, in 2019, they joined CapitaLand as their Chief Customer Solutions Officer. Aylwin's experience is extensive and diverse, with a focus on customer solutions and strategic leadership roles.

Aylwin Tan completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2012. Aylwin also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 1988 to 1992.
