Denise Chin

Denise Chin has had extensive work experience in the finance industry. Denise started their career at Deloitte in 2001 as an Audit Senior before moving on to become a Client Manager at Deloitte Australia in 2005. Denise then returned to Deloitte in 2007 as an Audit Manager. In 2009, Denise joined Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management as an Assistant Finance Manager. Denise later joined Ascendas-Singbridge in 2011, where they held various finance management roles, including Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager. In 2018, they became the Deputy Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Most recently, Denise has been working at CapitaLand since 2019, where they started as an Assistant Vice President of Finance and has now been promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance.

Denise Chin attended Mayflower Secondary School from 1992 to 1995 and obtained their GCE "O" Level. After that, from 1996 to 1997, they attended Anderson Junior College for their GCE "A" Level. Denise then went on to Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Denise Chin also holds a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
