Mary Villalobos

Mary Villalobos, MBA has a diverse range of experience in the fields of accounting, operations, logistics, and loan processing. Mary began their career as a Treasury and Payroll Staff, where they developed and maintained the company's payroll system. Mary then moved on to positions such as Senior Loan Processor and Pre-Underwriter at Wells Fargo Home Equity, where they analyzed the financial status and creditworthiness of loan applicants. Mary also worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Eagle Creek, where they prepared cash and sales reports, processed invoices, and evaluated new account requests. Mary further expanded their skills as an Accounting Manager at Life Saver, Inc., where they audited accounts receivables and payrolls, performed monthly closings, and provided financial analysis. Mary then transitioned to Aqua Lung America, where they served as a Logistics Analyst and was responsible for processing freight bills and updating internal documents related to intercontinental shipments. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Accounting at K2 Systems US & MX, where they have developed and implemented accounting policies and procedures, performed internal audits, and ensured the accuracy and reliability of financial reports. Throughout their career, Mary has consistently demonstrated their ability to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations for maximizing profits.

Mary Villalobos, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University San Marcos in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the same university between 2010 and 2012. Mary also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Programming from the System Technology Institute, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.
