Aniket Patale

Aniket Patale possesses extensive experience in property and facilities management, currently serving as Senior Manager - Property Management at CapitaLand since November 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing projects and operations related to infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and security, as well as managing contracts, procurement, vendor relations, and client events. Prior to this role, Aniket held the position of Manager in Park Management, focusing on facilities and property management, customer relations, budgeting, and strategic management. Aniket's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Projects & Operations at eClerx, where responsibilities involved infrastructure projects and data center operations, and as Facility Incharge at Absotherm Facility Management, overseeing facility operations and maintenance. Aniket holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Finolex Academy of Management & Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
