Jim Hansen

Jim Hansen, CSM, is an accomplished professional in property management with extensive experience in the retail real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Management at Macerich since December 2012, Hansen has previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President at Joseph Freed and Associates and Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Urban Retail Properties Co. Furthermore, experience at Draper and Kramer as Director of Shopping Center Management adds to Hansen's expertise. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
