Dina Goh

Dina Goh is an experienced professional in investment and asset management, currently serving as Vice President at CapitaLand since July 2019, where key achievements include the successful completion and launch of Rochester Commons, an integrated development. Prior to this role, Dina held positions at Ascendas Land Singapore Pte Ltd and Ascendas Hospitality Fund Management Pte Ltd, overseeing the development of Rochester Commons and managing hospitality investments across Asia Pacific and Europe, notably acquiring and enhancing hotels in Japan, Australia, and South Korea. Early career experience includes sourcing logistics investment opportunities at Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd and valuing residential properties at LOCK Property Consultants Pte Ltd. Dina holds an Honours degree in Science (Real Estate) from the National University of Singapore and a Merit degree in Building & Real Estate Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
