Gregory Yueh Shian Chua

Gregory Yueh Shian Chua has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as Deputy Head of Project Development Management for CapitaLand since March 2003. Gregory oversees significant projects, including the rejuvenation of Singapore Science Park 1 and 3 and the development of CapitaSpring, a 51-story integrated building. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager for project management in commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors, as well as establishing a regional project and design department in South China. Gregory's earlier career includes an Assistant Project Manager position at Bestbuild Construction Pte Ltd, overseeing site progress for JTC Factory in Changi Industrial Park. Gregory holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's in Civil and Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
