Hon Meng Yan

Hon Meng Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and economic development sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at CapitaLand since July 2019, Hon Meng Yan contributes to one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups. Prior to this, Hon Meng Yan held the position of Vice President at Ascendas-Singbridge from December 2007 to June 2019, where key roles included General Manager in Shanghai and Vice President of Strategic Management, focusing on asset management and strategic initiatives in the Chinese market. Hon Meng Yan's career began at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where a tenure from 1996 to November 2007 as Director in San Francisco involved attracting investments and developing the Precision Engineering industry in Singapore. Earlier experience includes a role as Development Engineer at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Hon Meng Yan holds a degree from the National University of Singapore, acquired between 1989 and 1993.
