Paul Tham

Paul Tham is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at CapitaLand since December 2021, Paul has previously held key positions including Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Capital Partnerships & Development. Prior to CapitaLand, Paul was the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Keppel REIT from February 2018 to October 2021, and also served as a Non-Executive Director at Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Keppel Capital and Deputy General Manager at Keppel Corporation Limited. Paul started his career as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Singapore Management University.
