Rahul R Nibandhe

Rahul R Nibandhe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and legal affairs, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Corporate Strategy, Planning & Research at CapitaLand since December 2005. In this role, responsibilities include business strategies and planning, market research for investment opportunities, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and closure of deals, as well as corporate secretarial and legal work. Prior to joining CapitaLand, Rahul held the position of Manager in Legal & Finance at Mercedes-Benz India Ltd. Academic qualifications include a degree in Company Secretaries from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Laws from ILS Law College Pune, and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Finance and Control from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education.
