Ryan A. Terry is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Digital Transformation Officer for Customer Experience at Google since April 2020. Additionally, Ryan holds a position on the Advisory Board at CapitalG, where guidance is provided to portfolio companies on scaling go-to-market strategies and operations. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Hill-Rom, University Hospitals, and other technology firms, with over two decades of progressive responsibilities in technology and corporate solutions. Ryan holds a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
