Therese Parkes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at CapitalG since March 2023, Therese provides guidance on go-to-market strategies for entrepreneurs. At Google since November 2014, Therese holds the position of Industry Director for TechB2B, collaborating with major partners to develop strategic global growth plans centered around AI and evolving B2B buyer behaviors. Previous roles at Google include Director of Integrated Media Solutions and Head of Industry, Disruptive Retail. Prior to Google, Therese held leadership positions at Marin Software, ESPN, Microsoft, T-Mobile USA, and Expedia, demonstrating a strong background in sales, account management, and customer experience optimization. Therese holds an MBA from the Google Business Academy and a degree in International Politics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
