As the Founder of InvestAmazonia and mayracastro.pro, Mayrá specializes in corporate education, project design, and business prospecting, embodying core values of enthusiasm, strategy, and value creation. Additional roles include serving on advisory boards for organizations such as Wylinka, Vetor Brasil, Se Candidate, Mulher!, and Agência Bori, as well as holding a position on the Deliberative Council of Capitalismo Consciente Brasil.
