Aditi Bhatia

Aditi Bhatia has worked at five different companies since 2013. Aditi began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in 2013, followed by two roles at Temasek as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Investment Group from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Senior Associate in Private Equity for The Blackstone Group. From 2019 to 2021, they held two roles at Otis, first as an Investment Lead and then as an Investment Analyst, before taking on the role of Chief of Staff at Capitalize in 2021.

Aditi Bhatia attended Columbia Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA. Prior to that, they attended Brown University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in the Business, Entrepreneurship and Organizations Program.
