Andres Llamoza is the Founder of Llamoza & Company LLC, a consulting company aimed at helping businesses overcome challenges and grow internally. Prior to this, Andres worked as a Director Of Recruiting at Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, where Andres played a key role in improving retention rates and brand strategy through social media. Currently, Andres holds the position of Senior Operations Associate at Capitalize, where Andres continues to utilize their expertise in operations and business solutions. Andres is a graduate of Syracuse University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing Management.
