John Rowlinson

John Rowlinson has a long and varied work experience. John began their career in 1989 as a Senior Service Manager at FedEx Ground, where they recruited, trained, and supervised more than 35 employees, clerks, and managers daily. In 2003, they moved to the U.S. Department of State as a Diplomatic Security Officer, providing armed security for State Department personnel and responding to incidents, crime scenes, medical, and fire emergencies. In 2006, they became a Financial Planner at Waddell & Reed, increasing their book of business by generating and purchasing leads and proposing strategies to solve client needs. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Associate II, educating clients about financial products and regulations and helping them identify retirement goals. In 2017, they became a Student Teacher at Manchester School District, teaching US History, Economics, Psychology, and A.P. Psychology. Most recently, they joined Capitalize as a Customer Service & Operations Senior Associate in 2021.

John Rowlinson has a diverse educational background. John attended Raymond High School from 1985 to 1989. John then attended Notre Dame College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management in 1995. After that, they attended Southern New Hampshire University, where they earned a Master of Education in Secondary Social Studies Education in 2018. John is currently enrolled at Liberty University, where they are pursuing a Ph.D. in History. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications, including Praxis II Social Studies Cont & Interp from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 2015, Praxis I from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 2013, Paraeducator II from the NH Department of Education in 2013, Heartsaver: First Aid, CPR, Aed from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2014, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute in 2013.
