Mary Rykaczewski

Mary Rykaczewski is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth strategies and acquisition. Currently serving as the VP of Marketing at Capitalize, Mary has previously held significant roles at Lyft as a Growth Advisor, at Reforge as the Interim Head of Growth Marketing, and at Talkspace as the Senior Director of Growth and Director of Acquisition. Additional experience includes serving as the Senior Acquisition Manager and Paid Social Manager at ClassPass. Mary earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Penn State University between 2009 and 2013.
