Mike Teshima

Mike Teshima currently holds the position of Vice President Operations Canada West at Capital Power, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Mike Teshima had an extensive career at Suncor from July 2008 to September 2024, where responsibilities included Acting Vice President for the Edmonton Refinery, General Manager Operations for the same facility, Director of Engineering, and various other managerial roles. Earlier experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at Jacobs and as a Fuel Cell Researcher at Whitefox Technologies Limited. Mike Teshima's academic credentials feature two Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell University and Queen's University, as well as a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
